Where are you from?
I live in South Carolina now, though I attend school in West Virginia.

You mentioned that you're an Air Force brat.  Where did that take you?
Long story...I was born in Germany, moved to Maryland, then to New Jersey.  From there we moved to Georgia, then to North Carolina.  I lived in West Virginia for 6 years, and now live in South Carolina.

What made you choose to come to West Virginia University?
Since I lived in the state for so long, I was able to keep my in-state tuition.  Also, my older brother came here.

Do you have any jobs?
Yes, I have three this semester at school and one at home.  I work for Professor Kirk Hazen on the West Virginia Dialect Project (WVDP) here in the English Department.  I'm a tutor/mentor in Stalnaker and Dadisman for most English and all Spanish courses.  And I work as the professional writer for the M.T. Pockets Theatre on High Street in Morgantown, WV.  That job is the reason I have this blog--this job is the experience requirement portion of my English Capstone.

What's your favorite movie?
The Greatest Show on Earth and The Great Escape--though Grace Kelly is my favorite actress, neither of these films features her.
